Welcome to the Virtual Expand Affiliate Program! We are excited to partner with you. This document outlines the terms and conditions of our partnership. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Enrollment and Approval
Participation in the Virtual Expand Affiliate Program is subject to our approval. We manually review all applications and reserve the right to reject any application for any reason, including but not limited to websites or promotional methods that are unprofessional, incomplete, or do not align with our brand values.
2. Qualified Referrals & Commissions
You will receive a commission for each “Qualified Referral.” A Qualified Referral is defined as a new client who:
Arrives at our website via your unique affiliate link.
Contacts us through our official channels (web form, WhatsApp, etc.).
Signs a service agreement with Virtual Expand.
Makes their first full payment for the agreed-upon services.
Commission Structure:
You will earn up to 35% of the net profit from the first invoice paid by a Qualified Referral.
“Net Profit” is defined as the total invoice amount paid by the client, minus any direct, third-party costs associated with delivering that specific service (e.g., specific software licenses, premium stock assets purchased exclusively for that client’s project).
Commissions are manually reviewed and credited to your affiliate account by our team after the client’s payment has been fully processed and confirmed.
3. Commission Payouts
Payment Schedule: Approved commissions are paid out on the 15th of each month.
Holding Period: All commissions are subject to a 30-day holding period after being credited to your account. This is to account for potential client refunds or payment disputes. A commission will only be eligible for payout after this 30-day period has passed.
Payout Threshold: A minimum balance of $50.00 USD is required in your account to be eligible for a monthly payout. If your balance is below this amount, it will be carried over to the next month.
Payment Method: All payouts will be processed via [Specify Your Payment Method, e.g., PayPal, Bank Transfer]. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are accurate and up-to-date.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
As a Virtual Expand affiliate, you represent our brand. We expect you to conduct yourself professionally and ethically. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of all outstanding commissions:
Self-Referrals: You may not use your own affiliate link to receive a discount on services for yourself, your own company, or any entity you are a primary stakeholder in.
Misleading Claims: You must not make false promises, guarantee results, or misrepresent our services in any way. All promotional language must be honest and transparent.
Spam: We have a zero-tolerance policy for spam. This includes unsolicited bulk emails, social media spam, or any other form of mass communication.
Paid Advertising Restrictions: You are forbidden from bidding on our brand keywords, including “Virtual Expand”, “virtualexpand.com”, or any misspellings or variations thereof in any pay-per-click (PPC) advertising platform (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
Coupon & Deal Sites: You may not post your affiliate link on coupon or discount websites without our explicit written permission.
Cookie Stuffing: You may not use any method to generate fraudulent clicks or install referral cookies on a user’s browser without their knowledge and consent.
Negative Marketing: You may not use negative keywords or messaging (e.g., “Virtual Expand scam,” “Virtual Expand complaints”) in your promotional efforts.
5. Disclosure Requirements
In all your promotions, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship with Virtual Expand. This is required by law (FTC guidelines). Examples of acceptable disclosures include using #ad, #sponsored, or a statement like, “I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”
6. Term and Termination
This agreement begins upon our acceptance of your affiliate application and can be terminated by either party, at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice.
Upon termination:
Your access to the Affiliate Area will be revoked.
Any legitimate, approved commissions earned before the termination date will be paid out during the next payment cycle, provided you have met the minimum payout threshold.
If termination is due to a violation of these terms (Section 4), all rights to commissions, including unpaid earnings, will be immediately forfeited.
7. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify any of the terms and conditions in this agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes via email. If you do not agree with the changes, your only recourse is to terminate your affiliate partnership. Continued participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
8. Relationship of Parties
You are an independent contractor, and nothing in this agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and Virtual Expand.
By registering for the Virtual Expand Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
